October is Menopause Awareness Month. We’re excited to kick off a global conversation about menopause, and we need your help to make it happen. We are the Menopause Café charity, dedicated to fostering open discussions about menopause and supporting those experiencing it.
Why the Menopause Ribbon Campaign?
Menopause impacts half of the population directly and the rest indirectly. Despite its prevalence, it remains a topic often still cloaked in silence and stigma. Our Menopause Ribbon Campaign, building up to World Menopause Day on October 18th, aims to change that. By wearing our ribbon, you signal your willingness to talk about menopause, helping to reduce the shame associated with it.

We’re asking everyone to wear our Menopause Awareness Ribbon this October and participate in our campaign to make menopause part of everyday conversation. Your support can help us reach a broader audience, encouraging more people to speak up, share tips, and seek support.
