Delivery, Returns and Changes Policy
Delivery
We will deliver your order to your chosen address (UK only) by Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email, once your order has been posted. You can then track your order.
Shipping Time
We will pack and post your order within approximately 5 working days. Delivery time will depend on your chosen address. Please allow 10 working days from dispatch date before notifying us of an order being lost in transit.
Undeliverable orders
A package may be ‘undeliverable’ because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to us.
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. Instead, we will refund you the cost of the item, but not the postage and packaging. If you would still like to purchase those products, please place a new order.
Missing an item from your order?
We may sometimes need to dispatch your order across multiple deliveries. We will let you know if this is the case.
Returns
- If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it if you notify us within 14 working days of receiving it. The product must be returned in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We will only accept returns for products that have been purchased through our online shop.
- You must notify us within 14 working days of receiving your order. We’ll refund the delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please ensure you retain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. You will meet the cost of returning the items to us.
- We will email you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Our returns policy does not apply to donations made to Menopause Cafe charity.
- Any return which does not meet these conditions will not be refunded or replaced. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Cancelling or changing an order
In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to an order. If it is too late to cancel your delivery, any unwanted items will need to be returned as outlined in our Returns policy above.
To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We are unable to guarantee that any changes can be made once an order has been placed. It depends whether we receive your message before we despatch your order.
